Strategic Acquisition Expands Contract Equipment Offering to Hospitality Market
Singer Equipment President and Chief Executive Officer, Fred Singer, announced the acquisition of the foodservice equipment design and distribution business of Facilities Services, Inc. (FSI), located in Annapolis, MD.
Facilities Services, Inc. is a nationally recognized dealer specializing in commercial food service equipment, engineering, custom stainless fabrication, logistics, and project fulfillment.
FSI serves the hospitality and lodging industries nationwide for major remodels, renovations and new construction.
Kevin Richards will continue as the executive leading the new division which will operate as FSI, a division of Singer MD, LLC. Kevin will report to Rod White, President of Ashland Equipment, a division of Singer MD, LLC.
With the addition of the outstanding team at FSI to our family of companies, we will be able to accelerate the growth and reach of FSI in the hospitality industry.
