Joining the Renaissance Downtown Reno Hotel as a Sous Chef in 2017, Munshaw has played a pivotal role in elevating the hotel’s culinary offerings. The Shore Room at Renaissance Reno offers seasonally fresh and approachable food with flavors and ingredients inspired by the larger Mediterranean area, including North Africa, Southern Europe and hints of Greek flair.
