4food Launches Good4All Campaign

4food restaurant, home of the (w)holeburger and dedicated to de-junking fast food, has launched a socially responsible campaign focused on giving back to charities aligned with the company’s core purposes: health, environment, community, humanity, and creativity. The new good4all campaign extends the value of social responsibility to customers by encouraging them to create customized (w)holeburgers with a donation value they can assign to one of a growing list of selected charities: GrowNYC, Team Red White and Blue, and New York Foundation for the Arts.

Each time someone else buys your (w)holeburger creation, 4food will donate 25¢ to your selected good cause. And to make your (w)holeburger even more purposeful, spread the word to friends and family via Facebook and Twitter. They can support you, or make a (w)holeburger with a purpose of their own!  4food is revolutionizing the culture of fast food, while always approaching what they do and how they do it with health, environment, community, humanity, and creativity in mind.

4food is good4environment! Because by reducing its impact on the environment we will all benefit more from it for a longer time. 4food composts in-store and recycles. It was built with natural construction materials that are abundant and regenerative. It employs sunscreen systems, LED lighting, energy efficient equipment, and purchases renewable energy credits from alternative energy generators. It is committed to increasing its use of sustainable power as it grows. With the new good4all campaign, 4food will donate 25¢ to GrowNYC each time you build your own (w)holeburger, give it a name, and assign it ENVIRONMENT as your purpose. After that, each time someone else buys your (w)holeburger, 4food will donate 25¢ to GrowNYC! GrowNYC is a hands-on non-profit which improves New York City's quality of life through environmental programs that transform communities block by block and empowers all New Yorkers to secure a clean and healthy environment for future generations.

CREATIVITY: New York Foundation for the Arts

4food is good4creativity! Because empowering creativity can lead to something extraordinary. There are an almost unlimited number of (w)holeburger combinations. The custom menu makes you the mastermind of your meal and enables you to tailor it to your tastes, nutritional goals and the purposes you are passionate about.  4food will donate 25¢ to NYFA each time you build your own (w)holeburger, give it a name, and assign CREATIVITY as your purpose. After that, each time someone else buys your (w)holeburger, 4food will donate 25¢ to NYFA.  Established in 1971 by the New York State Council on the Arts as an independent organization to serve individual artists throughout the state, the mission of the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is to empower artists across all disciplines at critical stages in their creative lives. NYFA does this through three main program areas: cash grants and fiscal sponsorship, online resources, and professional development training.

COMMUNITY: Team Red White and Blue

4food is good4community! Because supporting the community we live in means good business and being social builds good community. 4food sources locally and uses seasonal ingredients. 4food has designed the restaurant as a community hub with free WiFi and power outlets by each seat to enable connection.  For every (w)holeburger dedicated to COMMUNITY that is sold, 4food will make a 25¢ donation to Team Red White and Blue. After that, each time someone else buys your (w)holeburger, 4food will donate 25¢ to Team Red White and Blue. Team RWB’s mission is to enrich the lives of America’s Veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.
