Obviously, Chicago’s flavor profile isn’t just hot dogs, pizza and Italian Beef. The times and Chicago’s culinary profile have changed, and on Wednesday the 24th, the VBS will spotlight the trends, trajectory and troubles that define Chicago’s culinary scene as a vibrant, everchanging environment.
