Restaurant-industry magazine StarChefs announced the winners of its tenth-annual New York Rising Stars awards today — all of whom will be celebrated at a gala on February 21 — and the list includes a nice mix of lesser-known talents and acclaimed young chefs.

While you’re probably already familiar with Mission Chinese Food’s Angela Dimayuga and Wildair and Contra’s Fabian von Hauske, you may not know Erik Ramirez, of Llama Inn, and Jaime Young , of Sunday in Brooklyn, by name. Here’s the full list of StarChefs 2017 winners:
