You want to operate a successful restaurant right now. You’re so sick of COVID and wish we could already be done with the masks and social distancing (me too). You think the high commissions of the third-party delivery apps are ludicrous. Plus they own the customer journey, which means you can’t remarket to them about your specials, your events, or even just the menu items that you know they would enjoy outside of your main items.

Life would be so much better if you could only get your customers to order directly and more frequently. Life would be amazing if all that GrubHub, DoorDash & UberEats did was send you the customer and then got out of the way. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could spend more time working on growing your business than just figuring out how to put out fires? Say it with me; “that would be great!”

Your business has suffered enough. You’d like some personal time back in your life and your family wishes the same. Your brain is tired of the fight and so is your body. If only you could easily get more online orders directly into your own system without losing money to those third-party delivery apps.

I hear you. It sucks. It really sucks. I hate that this is happening too.

I’m guessing this isn’t the first time you’ve looked into solving this problem. The first thing I want to mention is that if you’ve failed at making money while using third-party delivery apps before, you aren’t to blame. There is no guide out there for this. The third-party delivery apps have billions of dollars and have gained too much control. Of course, you aren’t going to beat them that way.

According to MarketWatch (Nov 2020) “DoorDash has lost money in every year of its existence and expects that to continue. Uber reported that its delivery business lost an adjusted $183 million in the third quarter, an improvement from the $316 million it lost in the year-ago period. Grubhub lost $9.2 million in the third quarter, compared with a $1 million profit in the same period last year.”

These companies can’t even make money for themselves!

If you’ve been concerned that you just can’t make money or get control of your customers with third-party delivery apps, I want to put those fears to rest. You can do this. You just need the right person to show you how to do it.

The third-party delivery apps want you to think they are your friend AND that you will go out of business without them. I’m here to tell you that is wrong. DoorDash didn’t create the restaurant. GrubHub didn’t cook the food. UberEats didn’t package it up. They just paid someone to deliver it. The customers love you, not the apps. The third-party delivery apps think that they will win AND that YOU NEED THEM. Well, that’s not true. They need you!

If you’ve ever thought that the third-party delivery apps don’t care if you succeed or if you fail, you’re probably right. They don’t succeed if you do, you are just a number to them. They want to keep you eating from their hands and in a state of need.

The difference is that I care about you and I care about the experience of your guest, that’s my experience too. I’m a guest. We care about your success and truly want to see you running the restaurant of your dreams!

That is what I am here for. I know you have a dream to run an amazing restaurant that everyone loves the food and raves about the experience. I want to show you how to make that happen during this webinar.

It’s my mission to help at least 5,000 restaurants this year master their marketing, so they never have to worry about revenue again.

I have a client who felt just like you. He made a change. He said enough.

We implemented a system that gets his customers to stop using third-party delivery apps. They order directly instead. In fact, a year ago, right as the pandemic began, 80% of his online orders were going through the third–party apps. That means he was losing tens of thousands of dollars a month to those insanely high commissions.

Since then, we figured out how to not just beat them but how to play along with them and turn them into an incredible source of revenue for the restaurant. Now, 40% of his delivery orders come into his own system. That’s 200% more than a year ago!

The system we built does more than just get guests to order directly from the restaurant. It gets them to order more frequently … and the best part, we automated the marketing. As an example, in just 6 weeks, from Jan 18 – Mar 4, we drove $21,000 in revenue from an automated email that ran in the background while he focused on running his business.

No more wishing guests would order directly. No more hoping guests order more frequently. No more wondering what works… he knows what works, because we figured it out.

In just 90 days we got 980 people who used to order from GrubHub to order directly instead. That’s almost 1000 people we converted to order directly. How much do you pay in commissions per order to GrubHub? He was paying about $11. Those conversions are worth almost $11,000. We’ve got almost 50% of those people to order a 2nd time. That’s about another $18,000 in additional revenue.

I’ve since shown this system to other restaurants of all types and sizes and all over the country. It’s working for all of them. They are making more money and getting their guests to be more loyal.

How much would it change your world to have the solution that can generate $21,000 from an email or $39,000 in conversions from third-party delivery apps?

Would that be great, or would that be incredible?

Well, you can sit there and be angry. Be frustrated. Keep wishing and hoping for change. You can take the hard way.

What is the hard way?

That is the hard way. Hoping, testing, figuring it out as you go, maybe even giving up. You might get there. If you are smart and hard working, which I assume you are because you are on this webinar, in like 6, 9 or even 12 months you might get there.

Or you can follow the system we discovered. Delivery apps don’t have to be the bane of our business. You can choose if they help or hurt you.

If you want them to continue to hurt you, sit right there … right where you are and keep being angry.

But if you want change, you can start that in one click. In just one click you can bridge that gap. You can win back your customers from third-party delivery apps. You can start making more money on every order.
