RoNetco Supermarkets, a family owned and operated company with seven full service ShopRite stores in northwest New Jersey, seeks an EXECUTIVE CHEF to join a vibrant and growing operation of food service professionals who cater to customers with quality, fresh food selections.
- Experience in ready-to-eat and gourmet selections for gatherings of 5, 15, 50 or more.
- Increase sales by leading, instructing, training, mentoring and motivating a staff of 15 to 20.
- Be creative in recipe design and implementation.
- Establish and follow consistent practices of menu planning, preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
