A three-day intensive training event for chefs and catering professionals will gather culinarians from across the country this summer to learn how to capitalize on the latest trends in ingredients and presentation. Designed to make cuisine the center of every event, The Art of Catering Food 2016 previews inspiration from select East Coast experts who will lead sessions next month.
