Celebrity Chef Wilo Benet to headline at the World of the Latino Cuisine Trade Show on August 27th, 2015 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in New Jersey.
Wilo Benet has redefined Puerto Rican cuisine and in the process has put the Island’s enchanting flavors on display for the whole world to admire.
Chef Benet describes his culinary style as nu + global mix, a concept that combines traditional Puerto Rican ingredients with flavors, ingredients, techniques and presentations from around the world. This fusion of flavors, together with Wilo’s artistic emphasis on style, transports customers through an unforgettable culinary experience.
He has appeared in high rating TV shows including “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman”, was guest chef at “Top Chef”,  Bravo TV’s Emmy and James Beard Award-winning #1 food show on cable,  participated as a contestant in its spinoff series “Top Chef Masters” as well as in “Martha Stewart Weddings” amongst many others.
He owns three top restaurants in Puerto Rico, the most famous being Pikayo. Chef Benet has made a true name for himself in the culinary industry. We are very excited to see where he will go in the coming years.
