Spring Showcase On February 26, To Feature Over 200 Vendors
Ace Endico, an industry powerhouse in the regional food distribution sector, upon enjoying a successful holiday season, heads into the brisk days of winter with sweet Valentine’s Day offerings, a brand new website, and preparations for Ace Endico’s Annual Spring Showcase.
The second busiest dining day is upon us! According to the National Retail Federation, over 55% of the population will celebrate Valentine’s Day and will spend, on average over, $140 to dine out. Romantic dinner menu favorites include; Mosnar USDA organic, 100% grass fed beef; live lobster; tiger prawns; and jumbo lump crab cakes by Phillips Seafood. Ace Endico’s Valentine’s Day Catalogue of sweet treats, cakes, cookies, and confections, include; Linzer heart cookies, red velvet layer cake, French macaroons, and heart shaped original cheesecake covered in chocolate ganache. Long stem strawberries for dipping into Roland and Valrhona white and dark chocolates are a celebratory dinner favorite.

This delicious and inspiring show features over 200 vendors showcasing their products, in addition to cooking demonstrations by Ace Endico chefs and vendor partners.
The event takes place at Ace Endico’s state-of-the-art facility and test kitchens in Brewster, NY. A highlight this year will be Ace Endico’s expanded pastry arts department, which was recently spearheaded by Steven D’Onofrio, Director of Specialty Ingredients. Steven was most recently the Managing Director of Gellert Global Group’s Swiss Chalet Fine Foods in Doral, Florida before joining the Ace Endico team with the goal of revamping the baking line which encompasses chocolate, fruit products, nut flours and pastes, glazes, sugars, flavorings, vanilla products, mixes, food coloring, stabilizers, decorations, tart and chocolate shells, and more. New vendors included family-owned ifiGourmet and Overseas Food Trading Ltd, both “sweet” additions to the pastry program.
