(“Accommodation”). The transaction represents the eighth acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis.
Based in Philadelphia, PA, Accommodation is a distributor of janitorial and sanitary supplies serving the Greater Philadelphia area. The acquisition will provide both Accommodation and Imperial’s customers with an expanded product offering and market leading customer service.
